  • Light bites and hard cider will be available for purchase by the glass, bottle, or flight.
  • Outside food is welcome; feel free to bring a picnic!

"Ciders of the American Revolution" Tastings
"Ciders of the American Revolution" Tastings

In the year 1776, cider was the drink of the Everyman. It was an affordable luxury & staple beverage, delicious & crisp, and sometimes safer to drink than the water. Join us for a curated tasting of ciders like those that would have been consumed in taverns & homes across the colonies during the American Revolution. This is a great opportunity to learn the lore of some legendary cider apples from Charlotte Shelton, historian & Albemarle CiderWorks Owner

Complimentary Tastings: Sunday, July 5th, 3pm - 5pm

3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
