Every wristband sold will benefit The Ford Haitian Foundation, an organization based out of North Garden, Virginia. Haiti has known many failed projects of good intentions largely because the Haitians themselves do not own the project.

Institute Maranatha of Grison-Garde, or just Maranatha which is the name they have given their huge project, was dreamt of, created by and is maintained by the Haitians of that impoverished rural community. This includes a free health clinic with missions four times a year and an orphanage that provides free primary, secondary & vocational education to students, ranging in age from 3-35 years old.

"The sole function of our foundation is to offer what financial support is needed to help the Haitian community maintain their dream. We have been blessed with a totally dedicated and trustworthy Haitian Committee of Direction (all living in the community) that will not let their dream fail...pure and simple.  Profound poverty, which could not have worsened, has worsened. There is an influx of homeless refugee children from Port au Prince and the Dominican Republic, many of the refugees can enter the schools we support and the orphanage or homes in the community, but only if funds for food are available."
