From the founding of Jamestown to the time of Washington and Jefferson, every plantation owner made cider, drank cider, and bragged about his cider.
Our fine ciders are best enjoyed with food, particularly the salty and creamy dishes so prevalent in fine cuisine. Try this ham curry dip with your crudité and a glass of our cider.

½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise (preferably Dukes)
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
4 tablespoons grated onion
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Dash of Tobasco
