The wait is over. Our first rose cider is here!

It was a true labor of love from our assistant cidermaker David, who pressed the 80 gallons manually through his own press on a warm Saturday in September last year.

This cider is a blend of Geneva Crab, Redfield, Dolgo Crab, and an unnamed red-fleshed pollinator crab from another local orchard. Yes, this cider is 100% apple!

There are only TWO DOZEN CASES AVAILABLE. You don't want to miss this.
